Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

1. Your order will be processed within 3-5 working days after your payment is deposited into our bank account.

2. The exact delivery date depends on the seller’s current terms and conditions. For the transportation of spot products, refer to the international standard transportation time or communicate with us to confirm. For products made to order, according to the production delivery time confirmed by the order, if there is any change, we will communicate in time. Orders once shipped may be tracked on the carrier’s website, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

3. Title and responsibility for the goods transfer from the seller to the buyer when the carrier or buyer picks up the goods from the seller’s warehouse.

4. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during transportation. All damaged packages must be reported to the carrier for damage claims. Shipping costs are subject to change at any time.

RETURNS

1. The following situations are not product defects:
1.1. Slight color variations may occur due to differences in dye batches during factory dyeing. Due to the color rendering of the seller’s camera and the screen of the buyer’s device, the color may vary on the Internet.
1.2. Wrinkled, scratched and loose (flower heads detached from stems, leaves detached from branches, etc.). Goods are mass-produced by machines and packed in boxes to save space. 1.3. Missing debris (petals, leaves). When opening the original box delivered to the buyer, photographs and videos must be taken of the missing elements of the product. The opening and inspection of the goods must be carried out within 3 working days after the buyer receives the goods. It will be necessary to look around inside the box for missing parts, they will usually fall off and can be put back in place.
If missing elements (leaves, flowers, petals) are confirmed, the seller will refund part of the cost of the product in proportion to the number of missing pieces, or send the missing item (if in stock) to the buyer, noting the next order. Missing items will not be shipped as separate orders.

2. Returns are possible under the following circumstances:
– there is a significant color difference (e.g. pink instead of white, green instead of blue),
– you have received the wrong item,
– the goods have a manufacturing defect (through no fault of the carrier),
– There is a shortage of items (instead of 12, there are 11).
In order for an item to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
– no more than 3 days since receipt of the goods,
– You can provide a video about the opening and inspection of the goods,
– the goods are in their original packaging and condition,
– The product shows no visible signs of use
3. Returns due to manufacturing defects or our errors will be refunded to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Any return of an item requires approval

We should receive the item within 14 days of approval to process your refund.
