In order for an item to be eligible for return, please make sure:

To initiate a return:

2.2 In your email, indicate the item(s) you wish to return, order number, date of purchase, name of the purchaser and reason for return.
2.3 If returning a product due to a problem, please attach a clear photo of the item showing the problem.
2.4 Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 working days with instructions on how to process your return.

3.Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
